1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Certain items such as clearance products, intimate wear, or personalized items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@coinbaseluxury.com.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the item you want to exchange is not available, you may opt for a store credit or refund.
Any price difference between exchanged items must be settled at the time of processing.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Store Credit
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive store credit for future purchases.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
7. Final Sale Items
Clearance, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
